What is covered:
Warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship.
What Is Not Covered:
Shall not be responsible for the natural breakdown of materials that occurs inevitably with extended use (e.g., Ultraviolet (UV) light damage on tents, exhausted zippers), or defects caused by accident, abuse, alteration, animal attack, storm damage, misuse or improper care.
What We Will Do:
If after inspection we find that a product failed due to a manufacturing or material defect, we will repair or replace the product, at our option, without charge.
How to Obtain Warranty Service:
Return the product, freight prepaid, to the GIGA TENT Customer service department. For return authorization e-mail our office and obtain an Authorization number. Authorization numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance, and must be obtained within 30 days of ship date. Returns will be handled in timely matter Collect shipments or shipments without return authorization will not be accepted.
If your Product needs service or repair due to normal wear and tear, animal attack, accident or some other reason that is not covered under the warranty we will provide the necessary service for a reasonable charge, plus shipping and handling. We require that products accepted for any repair must be properly cleaned according to our recommended care instructions. Please send your product or component that requires repair (e.g. tent fly), postage prepaid, along with a description of what needs attention.
Replacement parts may be ordered with customer service at 1-877-TENTS 01 (836-8701)
Please give up to 5 business days for replacement parts to ship out. If something needs immediate attention, please keep us informed.

Buyers wishing to return merchandise to us must first e-mail our office and obtain an Authorization number. Authorization numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance, and must be obtained within 30 days of ship date. Returns will be handled in a timely matter.

Not used or defective but ‘not what you were looking for’ (Will be charged a 15% restocking fee)
Defect Found AFTER usage(will be REPLACED)
To receive a refund, contact the company that sold you the merchandise.
All in-stock items are shipped at time of order; out-of-stock items will be placed on backorder and customer will be notified. All backorder items will be shipped at the time the product becomes available. If backorder period exceeds 30 days, we will notify customer prior to shipment release. In the event of partial shipment, each shipment will be billed separately. Backorders are shipped at prices in effect when the item was ordered.
All orders (including backorders) may be cancelled with no additional fee prior to shipping. (Orders are shipped when shipping labels and tracking numbers have been generated). Cancellations must be made or fax; WE WILL NOT CANCEL AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE. If order has been shipped it may be returned following the return policy guidelines listed above. CUSTOM ORDERS CAN’T BE CANCELLED.
TERMS OF SALE
All customers most fill out a credit application in order to get a 30 days credit terms
CUSTOMERS WITH OUT CREDIT must be paid for at time of purchase. Payment may be made by VISA, DISCOVER, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS, we will not ship C.O.D. All shipping costs will be included in the billing invoice. GIGA TENTS reserves the right to IMMEDIATELY withhold shipments in the event that customer fails to comply with agreed-upon terms of sale.
2 day shipments are generally sent via UPS; express orders are generally sent via UPS, may specify shipment service (i.e. ground, 1-day, 2-day, and 3-day),
We ship Monday through Friday. All orders placed until 3:00 PM EST, will ship on the following shipping day.
