Replacing Damaged, Defective, Broken Products, Returning Products, Exchanges or Refund

GigaTent will replace damaged, defective, missing, broken products, free of charge, within the 14 days of purchase

GigaTent cannot accept Returns, exchange, or refund any of our products since the product wasn’t purchased from GigaTent. You need to go to the store you bought it from.

What is covered:
Warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship.

What Is Not Covered:
Shall not be responsible for the natural breakdown of materials that occurs inevitably with extended use (e.g., Ultraviolet (UV) light damage on tents, exhausted zippers), or defects caused by accident, abuse, alteration, animal attack, storm damage, misuse or improper care.

Please give up to 5 business days for replacement parts to ship out. If something needs immediate attention, please keep us informed.
